If something goes wrong with an order, contact Social Citations Company promptly. Legitimate refund requests are reviewed and handled promptly.

Any order marked refunded, disputed, or cancelled is automatically held from fulfillment.

If a refund occurs after packing but before shipment, the order returns to hold.
